Paul Gretch
Director of the Office of International Aviation at the United States Department of Transportation
Paul Gretch is the Director of the Office of International Aviation at the United States Department of Transportation, the staff office responsible for the formulation and administration of International Civil Aviation Policy in both its regulatory and foreign relations aspects.
He was one of the prime architects of the U.S. Open-Skies initiative and DOT’s Chief Negotiator with the EU. He was educated at Brooklyn College and Harvard Law School, and also holds a Masters of Law in International Law from New York University.
